Job Summary
Sales Associate at The Chelsea Wellness Center is responsible for enrolling new members, guiding them to appropriate club services, touring prospective members, contacting leads via phone and email, meeting with local businesses to promote memberships, and building relationships with current members. Compensation is base rate plus commission and is listed as hourly. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or a sales-associated field required
- Excellent sales, marketing, research and tracking skills required
- Proficient level computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to be flexible with hours of operation and scheduling
- Team-oriented and coachable attitude
- Ability to enroll new members and promote club services
- Ability to use CRM system to update member files
