Job Summary
Sales Associate at NorthPointe Wellness is responsible for enrolling new members and connecting them with club services to help members reach their goals, as well as building relationships with existing members. Daily duties include touring prospective members, calling/emailing prospects, meeting with local businesses to promote memberships, guiding members to services, updating CRM records, and contributing to a team-oriented member experience. Requires willingness to be coachable, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a flexible schedule. Compensation is base hourly pay with commissions and bonuses; benefits are provided. Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-3 years of sales experience is expected, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and strong presenting and customer service abilities.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or a sales associated field required
- Excellent sales, marketing, research and tracking skills required
- Proficient level computer skills; including Microsoft programs-Word, Excel
- Strong interpersonal communication, customer service and presentation skills
