Job Summary
Train on policies and procedures through self-led exercises, instructor-led training, and shadowing experienced sales associates. Develop relationships with customers and network to prospect new leads. Travel between communities to support sales where existing staff is unavailable. Complete accurate contract paperwork and analyze market data to maintain community competitiveness. Maintain standard office hours while prioritizing flexibility to meet customer schedules. Obtain required sales units and management approval to graduate from the four-to-ten-week training program.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work weekends
- A Real Estate License is required in all states EXCEPT CO, MD, NM, TX & VA
- Action oriented individuals, with the drive to push sales to successful closure
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation because driving within a community and to other communities is an essential function of this position
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous high-end sales, preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must complete required company training programs and procure required sales units to be promoted to Sales Associate
