Job Summary
Sales Associate responsible for guiding pet parents to the right products and services, sharing accurate pet care information, and creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging store environment. Provide friendly, solution-focused customer service; process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately; stock and merchandise to maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor; assist with store recovery and promotional setups; maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies; work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced Pet Care Center retail setting, with regular engagement on the sales floor and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible availability to support operating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pet care and customer-experience emphasis throughout all duties.
