Job Summary
Sales Associate at Petco: help customers select pet care products and services, provide friendly, knowledgeable product and pet care information, and create a welcoming, safe store experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales, returns, and exchanges, stocking shelves, merchandising, supporting inventory integrity, and assisting with store operations while adhering to policies. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Safe handling of products and exposure to animals is required.
