Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Petco, you’ll be at the heart of the Pet Care Center experience, helping pet parents find the right products and solutions for their pets while creating a welcoming, safe environment. You’ll deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, educate customers on products and promotions, process sales, returns, and exchanges, stock shelves, support inventory, and assist with merchandising and store recovery. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team to ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and easy to shop, contributing to a positive shopping experience and customer loyalty. The role requires active engagement on the sales floor, frequent standing and walking, and the ability to handle tasks in a fast-paced retail setting, including cashiering and interacting with customers and pets.
