Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Petco, you help pet parents find the right products and solutions for their pets while creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment. You greet customers, deliver friendly, helpful service, educate customers on products and promotions, process sales, returns, and exchanges, stock shelves, support inventory integrity, and collaborate with teammates to meet store goals in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll work in a Pet Care Center environment with exposure to animals, maintain cleanliness and organization, and support daily operational routines. This role emphasizes customer experience, product knowledge, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic team setting.
