Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Petco, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping pet parents find the right products and solutions while delivering a welcoming, safe, and engaging in-store experience. You’ll greet customers, provide friendly, solution-focused service, educate shoppers on products and promotions, support store sales goals, assist with inventory and merchandising, process transactions, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, well-organized sales floor. You’ll work in a fast-paced Pet Care Center retail environment, interacting with customers and animals, handling cash and transactions, and contributing to a positive shopping experience that builds trust and loyalty. This role requires strong communication, reliability, the ability to multitask, and comfort working on your feet, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
