Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Petco in Frisco, you will help pet parents find the right products and solutions, share accurate pet care information, and create a welcoming, safe environment. You’ll greet customers, provide friendly service, assist with product recommendations and promotions, process sales, returns, and exchanges, stock shelves, support inventory integrity, and help maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor. You’ll work closely with teammates to deliver a positive shopping experience, support store operations, and engage with animals in the Pet Care Center environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. You’ll be part of a purpose-driven retail team focused on pet health, safety, and customer loyalty.
