Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Petco, you will help customers select products and services for their pets, share accurate pet care information, maintain a clean and welcoming sales floor, stock shelves, process sales and returns, assist with store merchandising and promotions, and support a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with customers to deliver friendly, solution-focused service, educate on products and promotions, handle cash and transactions, and ensure animals are cared for safely in accordance with store policies. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Starting rate is $14.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Experience & Skills Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
