Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will greet customers, help pet parents find products and solutions for their pets, and provide accurate pet care information. You’ll maintain a clean, welcoming store environment, assist with inventory and merchandising, process sales, returns, and exchanges, and support teammates to deliver friendly, solution-focused service and a positive shopping experience. The role requires being able to work on the sales floor, handle basic cash/transactions, and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential functions include engaging with customers, educating them on products and promotions, maintaining stock and store presentation, and ensuring safe handling around animals. Starting rate: $14.00 per hour.
