Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Petco, you help customers find products and solutions for their pets, share accurate product and pet care information, create a welcoming and safe shopping environment, stock shelves and maintain inventory, process sales, returns and exchanges, and support store merchandising and daily operations. You engage with customers to deliver friendly, solution-focused service, collaborate with teammates, and work in a Pet Care Center environment with animals, including handling up to 50 pounds and being available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
