Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Petco, you’ll help pet parents find the right products and solutions for their pets while creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment. You’ll greet customers, deliver friendly, solution-focused service, educate customers on products, process sales, returns, and exchanges, stock shelves, and support inventory integrity. You’ll assist with store operations and merchandising, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and collaborate with teammates to meet store goals. The role requires standing and walking, regular engagement with customers, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow within a purpose-driven retail environment that puts pets and people first.
