Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Petco, you will help pet parents choose products and services, provide knowledgeable product and pet care information, and create a welcoming, safe, and engaging store environment. You’ll process sales, returns, and exchanges, stock shelves, support inventory, and assist with merchandising and store recovery while following company policies and safety standards. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting, with active engagement on the sales floor and potential exposure to animals. Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
