Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Petco, you’ll be at the heart of the Pet Care Center experience, helping pet parents find the right products and solutions while creating a welcoming and safe environment. You’ll greet customers, provide friendly and solution-focused service, educate shoppers on products and promotions, process sales, returns, and exchanges, stock shelves, and support inventory integrity and store merchandising. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail setting, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting with promotional set-ups and store recovery. The role requires the ability to multitask on the sales floor, strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfort handling cash and transactions, and the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 50 pounds; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.
