Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Petco, you are at the heart of the Pet Care Center experience. You help pet parents find the right products and solutions for their pets while creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment. You will greet customers, deliver friendly, helpful, and solution-focused service, process sales, returns, and exchanges, stock shelves, support inventory integrity, and assist with merchandising and promotional setups. You will work as part of a team to educate customers on products, services, and promotions, maintain store cleanliness and presentation, and support daily operational routines in a fast-paced retail setting. The role requires frequent standing and walking, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences and meeting store goals.
