Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Petco, you’ll be at the heart of the Pet Care Center experience, helping pet parents find the right products and solutions while delivering a welcoming, safe environment. You’ll greet customers, provide friendly, solution-focused service, educate customers on products and promotions, assist with cash transactions, restock shelves, and support store operations and merchandising. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting, with frequent standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and tolerance for animal exposure. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. You’ll contribute to a team-driven, purpose-driven environment that prioritizes customer care and the wellbeing of pets and people.
