Job Summary
Store Employee role at Pet Supermarket focusing on customer service and in-store support. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection to enhance their pets’ lives, greeting customers, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, assisting management with day-to-day store operations, restocking merchandise, and supporting the fish system. You may be involved in stockroom tasks, maintaining enclosures for animals, and ensuring food and accessories are available for customers. The position requires flexible scheduling (morning/evening/weekends/holidays) and heavy lifting up to 55 lbs. Must be at least 18 years old. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and experience working with or around animals is desirable.
