Job Summary
Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere for Perspire Sauna Studio in Redmond, WA. Engage and convert leads using CRM, promote the benefits of infrared saunas, set reservations, and welcome members. Conduct studio tours, answer questions about services, maintain a clean facility and towel area, and support daily operations. Receives hands-on training, opportunities for advancement to assistant studio manager, and flexible shifts within Saturday/Sunday schedules. Emphasis on a positive, outgoing, results-oriented approach and a strong team-player mindset.
