Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, applying suggestive selling techniques, and building relationships to drive sales and foster loyalty. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and adherence to merchandise presentation standards. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals and store objectives by contributing to store fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets while following asset protection and safety protocols. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, moving around all store areas to support operations and celebrate team achievements.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
