Job Summary
Drive and exceed store sales goals by educating guests on product features, benefits, and care while fostering genuine connections. Ensure effective sales floor coverage through visual merchandising, daily replenishment, and executing front and back-of-house procedures. Resolve client needs quickly, analyze reports to strategize growth opportunities, and support initiatives for retail, yoga, and café operations. Work 100% on the sales floor in a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, aligning with store leadership to deliver an authentic ALO experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Proof of right to live and work in the UK
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to work from the week of Thanksgiving including Black Friday and that weekend until the end of the holiday season
- Must be willing to work from the first week of January
