Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized product recommendations and processing transactions accurately. Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentations, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Build genuine relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business, while handling inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism. Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, and other assigned tasks. Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support inventory accuracy and minimize risk. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
