Job Summary
Sales Associate drives store sales by delivering the ALO experience and Brand Mission through authentic customer interactions, product education, and knowledge of store initiatives. Responsibilities include engaging guests, meeting sales goals, supporting leadership with reporting and scheduling, maintaining merchandising and product flow, processing shipments, and ensuring front/back of house procedures align with company policy. The role requires constant movement on the sales floor, ability to educate customers about the store’s multi-faceted Retail/Yoga/Café model, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Must be able to work up to 30 hours per week for part-time; 32-40 hours for full-time if applicable per store needs (note: posting specifies Part-Time)
