Sales Associate – Part Time

Provide incredible hospitality to customers from arrival to departure, guiding them through their cycling goals and ensuring bikes perform as designed. Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year by developing sales and hospitality skills through training and role-playing. Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to visual standards, including product placement, price auditing, and restocking, while completing daily task list assignments and weekly cycle counts. Assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles and prepare customer bikes for service technicians. Participate in daily huddles and debriefs, follow through on quotes and lead list communications, and maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing required modules.
