Sales Associate - Part Time

Conduct daily customer hospitality from parking lot to ride departure, guiding clients through their cycling goals and maintaining bike performance. Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year by developing sales skills through training and role-playing. Maintain all aspects of store merchandising, including product placement, price auditing, and re-stocking, while completing daily task list assignments and weekly cycle counts. Assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles and prepare customer bikes for service technicians. Complete Trek University modules to maintain Guide Status and participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
