Job Summary
Guide customers from arrival to departure by providing incredible hospitality, achieving monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000, and completing daily huddles and debriefs. Learn bikes, components, and technology while maintaining visual merchandising standards, conducting weekly cycle counts, and assembling or pre-assembling new bicycles. Follow through on quote and lead list communications, manage customer care decisions, and complete Trek University modules to maintain Guide Status. Participate in role-playing and on-the-job training to develop sales skills.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year for full-time Sales Associates
- Knowledge of bikes, components, apparel, and technology
- Ability to participate in daily huddles and debriefs
- Ability to use the Guide Sales Process to provide customers with incredible hospitality
- Ability to follow through on Quotes and Lead List communications
- Ability to make decisions regarding the care of—and doing the right thing for—customers
- Ability to maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules to further knowledge of products, services, and procedures
- Ability to complete Daily Task List assignments
- Ability to maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to visual merchandising standards, including product placement, price auditing, and product re-stocking
- Ability to complete weekly Cycle Counts
- Ability to assemble, or pre-assemble, new bicycles
- Ability to prep customer bikes for service by Service or Production Technicians
