Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Total Wine & More focusing on customer service and sales, merchandising, stocking, and inventory duties. Responsibilities include greeting customers, advising on products, processing freight, building displays and end caps, supporting curbside pickup and delivery services, operating POS, staying informed on promotions and loyalty programs, maintaining safety and compliance with alcohol regulations, and participating in wine, spirits, and beer training. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends) and lift up to 50 lbs; prior retail experience and POS familiarity are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to load and deliver orders safely and professionally
- Basic product knowledge via wine, spirits, and beer training
