Sales Associate - Part Time

Sales Associate position with part-time schedule at Total Wine & More. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales by engaging with customers, and advise them on products. Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking and organizing inventory, building displays, signage, fulfilling orders including in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services, and assisting with digital business operations. Training in wine, spirits, and beer is provided to build product knowledge. Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs; ensure safety and compliance with alcohol-sale regulations; perform cross-functional duties as assigned and support other store operations as needed. The role may involve loading and delivering orders safely, and adapting to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Must be 21+ and may be required to lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience and familiarity with POS/inventory software are a plus.
