Job Summary
Customer-service oriented Sales Associate role focused on delivering exceptional in-store service and driving sales. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, advising on products, participating in wine, spirits and beer training, processing freight and stocking inventory, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations such as fulfilling orders and curbside pickup/delivery. Requires adherence to alcohol laws and safety standards, familiarity with promotions and loyalty programs, and cross-functional duties as needed. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends; part-time role with potential for additional duties as assigned. Proactive engagement to greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
