Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service and drive sales by greeting customers, engaging them to build relationships, and advising on products and promotions. Maximize product inventory by processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays, and supporting digital business operations including curbside pick-up and delivery services. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store while ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol. This seasonal role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with physical demands of standing for 8-10 hours and lifting 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Must be able to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Must be able to safely and professionally load and deliver orders, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
