Job Summary
As a part-time Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and assisting with management tasks. Key responsibilities include generating sales, developing customer relationships, supporting in-store events, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, adaptability, and a passion for customer satisfaction. You'll also assist with training new associates and maintaining efficient store operations. Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, is essential.
