Job Summary
Drive store sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions. Engage customers daily with product education on features, fabric, and care while resolving needs quickly to maintain satisfaction. Build client relationships, analyze reports to strategize on deficient areas, and execute front and back-of-house procedures including visual merchandising and replenishment. Confidently introduce the full business model of Retail, Yoga, and Café through personal testimony. Understand and protect the daily schedule in partnership with Store Leadership to prioritize business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week
- Full-Time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours
- All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January)
