Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for helping the management team drive sales through exceptional customer service, developing relationships with customers, and ensuring the store reflects the brand’s vision of 'Every Day Should Feel This Good'. Key responsibilities include generating sales, maintaining customer engagement, training new associates, supporting merchandising efforts, and adhering to operational standards for cleanliness and loss prevention. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for the vineyard vines brand, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
