Job Summary
Call prospective clients to book stretch consultations, answer phones, and respond to customer inquiries. Schedule and rebook member appointments while following up on leads and missed visits. Greet members to provide a great first impression and assist with basic front desk and studio operations. This role focuses on keeping the schedule full and creating a welcoming environment at one of the fastest-growing assisted stretching brands in the country with over 400 locations nationwide.
