Process outgoing e-commerce orders with attention to shipping standards and oversee receipt and processing of incoming shipments. Demonstrate excellence in sales practices by upselling and offering add-on options, representing brands positively and modeling products for guests. Create a welcoming environment for teammates and all guests while maintaining a safe space for the team and visitors. Work professionally with vendors, mall representatives, and corporate partners.
