Job Summary
Deliver personalized customer service by sharing product knowledge, styling advice, and driving sales through add-on recommendations. Maintain an organized sales floor while assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving shipments, and e-commerce order fulfillment. Accurately process all transactions, returns, and exchanges using the point-of-sale system. Work collaboratively to achieve individual and team sales goals while supporting daily store operations. This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay plus commissions, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
