Job Summary
Meet and exceed individual sales goals while assisting in clientele generation through active customer engagement. Deliver an elevated client experience by acting as a brand ambassador who embodies Reformation values, educates customers on sustainability, and fosters long-term loyal relationships. Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluations through NPS. Ensure consistent inventory accuracy, contribute to loss prevention, and uphold time and attendance policies. Keep the selling floor reflecting brand standards and ensure the environment is inspiring with easily accessible product. Share deep product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm and communicate product feedback based on customer insights to continuously improve merchandising. Uphold a professional, healthy work environment while reflecting core company values in all efforts. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three days, including weekends, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities
- Driven approach to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for your work and career
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, weekends included
- Able to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays if required to meet the needs of the business)
