Meet and exceed individual sales goals while assisting in clientele generation through direct customer engagement. Deliver an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador by embodying Reformation values, educating customers on sustainability, and fostering long-term loyal relationships. Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluations through NPS. Ensure consistent inventory accuracy, contribute to loss prevention, and uphold time and attendance policies. Keep the selling floor reflecting brand standards, share deep product knowledge with enthusiasm, and communicate product feedback based on customer insights to improve merchandising. Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three days, including weekends, with a flexible schedule accommodating days, nights, and holidays as needed.
