Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting in day-to-day store operations and ensuring visitors have a memorable shopping experience at Science City Union Station. Engage with guests of all ages to create entertaining interactions, proactively intercept customers, and effectively demonstrate product features. Maintain a welcoming, positive, and friendly demeanor toward customers, team members, and venue staff while performing duties that may include standing, walking, and lifting up to 15 pounds. Requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule, weekends and evenings
- Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages
- Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers and able to effectively communicate product features
- Be welcoming, positive, engaging and friendly towards our customers, team members, and venue staff
- Previous retail, cash-handling, merchandising skills, and customer service experience
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
