Job Summary
Greet every customer with a warm welcome, use product knowledge to guide recommendations, and share the stories behind our gear. Maintain store standards by keeping the space organized, clean, and fully stocked while managing inventory across the floor, back, and online channels. Handle receiving and prepping heavy product deliveries, support restocking and sale preparation, and ensure fitting rooms remain stocked and ready. Process transactions smoothly using POS and mobile systems, stay updated on new drops and brand initiatives, and participate in store events and team training. This part-time, seasonal role runs from September to December, with shifts typically under 24 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events
- Part-time team members are expected to be available for opening and closing shifts at least three times per week
