Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Key duties include generating sales and meeting goals, cultivating customer relationships, supporting in-store events, and maintaining merchandising standards. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, be adaptable, and have a passion for customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires participation in team development, including recruiting and training new associates, and fostering a positive store environment. Flexibility in scheduling and a customer service orientation are essential.
