Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associates are responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service, developing customer relationships, and supporting in-store events. Key responsibilities include leading email capture efforts, training new associates, and maintaining store operations and merchandising standards. Ideal candidates exhibit strong communication skills, a customer service orientation, and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work varied shifts is essential.
