Job Summary
Sales Associate (Part-Time) at ALO – Regent Street (London, UK). Drive and exceed store sales goals through authentic guest experiences, product education, and knowledge of Retail, Yoga, and Café offerings. Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports, optimize staffing and floor coverage, and execute visual merchandising and daily replenishment. Maintain awareness of store goals, initiatives, product launches, guest-facing programs, and company policies while delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships on a team-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Fosters genuine connection through empathy, compassion, integrity and building trusting relationships
- Aligns with and embodies with ALO's Guiding Principles
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Proof of right to live and work in the UK
- Sales Associate Schedule: ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays
