Job Summary
Engage mall shoppers and execute the full sales process while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Network to build a prospective client list using the CRM tool and generate awareness as an ambassador for WOW! mobile boutique and its wireless carriers. Deliver personalized, unbiased advice on products from TELUS, Rogers, Koodo, Fido, and Chatr to achieve key business metrics. Handle inventory management, including receiving and securing stock, while maintaining merchandising standards and daily store cleanliness. Complete opening and closing procedures, manage cash and point-of-sale systems, and participate in documented coaching conversations. Work evenings and weekends during mall hours to support operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- 20-25hr/week availability
- Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
- Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extensive periods of time
- Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system
- Open to feedback and coaching
Desired Qualifications
- Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset
