Sales Associate (Part Time), Pavilion Bukit Jalil

Deliver friendly, world-class service and educate customers about Crocs products and in-store promotions. Assist with daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and maintaining store standards. Collaborate with store team and management to drive sales performance and adhere to asset protection policies. Roles involve learning across departments (customer service, product knowledge, stock, visual presentation) and working a flexible, rotational schedule that includes nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The role is aligned to in-store operations with emphasis on customer experience, teamwork, and sales-driven techniques.
