Sales Associate, Part-Time - Oakbrook

Sales Associate responsible for delivering energetic, authentic engagement to customers in a sustainable fashion brand. You will become the product expert, know our brand inside out, and provide an exemplary omnichannel experience bridging in-store and ecommerce. Duties emphasize storytelling, authentic engagement, and relationship-building with customers, while maintaining brand standards and contributing to achieving personal sales goals. Requirements include strong communication across platforms, comfort with technology and apps, adaptability to a retail schedule (nights, weekends, holidays), and physical ability to bend, reach, lift at least 40 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
