Job Summary
Sales Associate at Total Wine & More for a new Bakersfield store opening. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, advising customers on products, merchandising, stocking inventory, building displays and end caps, signage, processing freight, supporting digital orders and curbside/delivery services, and assisting with in-store operations. Training in wine, spirits, and beer; adherence to alcohol laws; safety and cleanliness; cross-functional duties as needed; option for seasonal or non-seasonal growth. Requires high school diploma or equivalent preferred, 1-3 years of retail experience preferred, familiarity with POS and inventory software, ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and 21+ years of age for alcohol sales.
