Job Summary
Sales Associate position in Nashville (Part Time) for Jenni Kayne. Responsibilities include maximizing sales and delivering friendly, welcoming customer service; determine customer needs and build relationships with clients; maintain an updated client book; drive sales through consignments and partnerships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists; handle all POS transactions, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap; assist with store operations, displays, stock transfers, and receiving merchandise; participate in store events; encourage sign-ups for Jenni Kayne Rewards and engagement on social platforms; share feedback with management and write daily business recaps; secure company assets through loss prevention in compliance with policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales; women's upper contemporary, multi-label or luxury designer preferred.
