Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, engaging in conversations, and advising them on products and promotions. Maximize product inventory through merchandising tasks such as stocking, organizing displays, and processing freight. Fulfill orders for in-store and curbside pickup, including driving and making deliveries if assigned. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards while adhering to alcohol sales laws and regulations. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, requiring physical stamina to stand for 8-10 hours daily and lift 50 lbs. Maintain knowledge of advertisements, loyalty programs, and product training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Must be able to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Must be able to safely and professionally load and deliver orders, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
