Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's vision of 'Every Day Should Feel This Good.' Key responsibilities include generating sales, developing relationships with customers, assisting in training new associates, maintaining merchandise controls, and supporting store events. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, be team-focused, adaptable, and have a passion for the brand. Flexibility in scheduling and an ability to lift up to 40 pounds are necessary.
